Questions
Does an offshore company get UAE visas?
Generally no. Offshore companies are not designed for UAE residence visas or local trading. If you need to live and work here, choose mainland or free zone.
Can I open a UAE bank account for offshore?
Some banks still onboard offshore companies, but compliance is stricter. We advise on realistic banking options after incorporation.
